Built upon Security-Enhanced Linux (SELinux) technologies, Brickwall enables network and Linux administrators to quickly secure their network systems and deploy this configuration across the enterprise.

Application Level Network Security

Application-level network security gives administrators an easy way to define access to network interfaces, IP addresses, and ports on a per application basis. SELinux builds a "firewall" around each application so all resource requests are checked to determine if the process is authorized.

Pre-defined or Customizable

Pre-defined or customizable security lets administrators either choose from over 30 network applications that are pre-defined with security parameters or have the option to easily add a custom application and define its security configuration similar to the target set.

Group Policy Configuration

Group Policy Configurations gives administrators a way to define and apply a common configuration to a group of servers. For example, a web group can contain all web servers and one configuration can be created and maintained. Changes can be made once and automatically applied across all servers.

Remote Management

Remote Management provides a unique capability to remotely manage the configuration of groups of machines. Changes are pushed out to the client systems using a secure communications protocol monitored to insure the policy is up to date.

Enterprise Integration

Enterprise Integration lets administrators manage Razor for IBM Websphere and DB2 (purchased separately). A single management console can be used to maintain the security policy on all of you general purpose Linux machines, as well as your Razor for WebSphere and DB2 servers.
