TRESYS TECHNOLOGY PROFILED IN BALTIMORE BUSINESS JOURNAL 

 

COLUMBIA, MD - November 12th, 2004 - Tresys Technology, a Columbia-based Security Engineering Company , is the subject of a profile in the November 12, 2004 issue of the Baltimore Business Journal. The piece by journalist Robert Terry highlights Tresys' rapid growth in the area's burgeoning federal government security community and its leadership role in the development of SELinux (Security Enhanced Linux). 

Terry notes Tresys' recent expansion of its management team, with the arrival of Rick Cucina as vice president of corporate development and John Clarke as director of the company's research and development arm. A former chief operating officer at TEKsystems, Cucina will spearhead Tresys' strategic planning, business development and marketing efforts. Clarke comes to Tresys from Aether Systems and will lead the company's Research and Technology Division. Terry reports that the addition of these tech industry veterans will enable Tresys to sustain a growth curve that is projected to reach $9 million in earnings in 2005, an amount double its' 2004 earnings.
