Tresys is adding a key member to our growing Business Development team--Principal, Product Sales. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of selling our products--from direct sales to channel sales to partner related sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, work independently, and be willing to take on new challenges. He or she will be willing to "roll up their sleeves" and do whatever has to be done to close the deal.

Minimum Requirements:
• 8-10 years cleared experience selling services and custom solutions into the IC
• Knowledge of and experience with the major IC agencies, including current relationships in those agencies
• Proven record of setting sales strategy for new products and executing that strategy
• Experience selling high-level engineering and consulting services into the IC, preferably both directly and through partners/larger integrators
• Thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), policies, and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and a high degree of proficiency with MS Office programs and CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• World-class people and presentation skills
• US Government Top Secret clearance required (SCI with full-scope polygraph desirable)
